  • Address, phone/fax number and e-mail address of the main booker or contact person

  • Preferred date of arrival and departure
  • Preferred type of car (sedan of 4x4)
  • Accommodation trip, camping trip or a mix of both
  • Preferred extras (such as satellite phone, GPS, extra driver, etc)
  • Additional excursions (such as scenic flight Skeleton Coast, balloon trip Sossusvlei, etc)
  • Any other details, wishes and information that we should be aware of when preparing a personalized travel plan
