What is included in the price?

Below you will find a list of everything included in the rates mentioned. If you have any questions, or if you would like to make some additions, such as flights, excursions, scenic flights, reduced insurance excess, please contact us.

Included:

 Travel

• Airport transfers.                         
• Car rental (4X4 or sedan).
• Detailed explanation of the car and test drive (4X4 only).
• Complete camping equipment (camping trip).
• Car Insurance with standard excess.
• Third party Insurance.
• Unlimited kilometres.
• 24-hours emergency service.

Accommodations:

• All accommodations will be booked at mid-class hotels, chalets or lodges (overnight only and sometimes B&B), if it concerns a full accommodation trip.
• If it concerns a camping trip, than most of the nights will be booked at campsites, combined with several nights at mid-class hotels, chalets or lodges (overnight only and sometimes B&B).
• Almost all campsites and accommodations do have a restaurant and offer facilities like a pool, bar, tour desk, etc.
• If the trips concerns visits to National Parks, than also the night will be spend in the parks, as much as possible.

• Including an extensive tour description.
• Detailed route and road description.
• Roadmaps Namibia.
• Map Windhoek.
• Roadmaps Etosha NP, Hardap Dam NP.
• Description places of interest.
• Tips and information.
• Entrance permit for the Welwitchia-drive (if part of trip).

• Flight to Windhoek.

Optional additions  (See Extra's):

• If you like to rent the car with a lower than standard or even without any excess, then an additional fee will be calculated
• A satellite phone can be used everywhere in Namibia, even in the most remote areas.
